We at Town Property Management are aware that for a large proportion of our client base their property is the largest investment they possess. Therefore, we understand the importance that they attach to the maintenance and upkeep of that property.

We will work to satisfy our individual client’s needs with regards to engaging with the relevant Homeowners Associations that may encompass your property and work constructively around any stipulations or conditions relevant through our client’s Title Deeds.

Management of Properties that involve common ownership can be complex however our clients are made aware of their responsibilities as the purchase of the property is carried out. We shall work constructively with all parties involved ensuring that regardless of the agreed upon apportion of payments between those involved with the common ownership of the property. We provide a common charge invoice to allow our clients to easily keep track of maintenance and upkeep we carry out on their behalf.

Our clients can highlight any issues that they feel requires our attention and we will work with our trusted maintenance partners to carry out the work on their behalf without our clients ever having to deal with the third party contractors directly.

All maintenance work undertaken by the company on behalf of the collective homeowners will be charged via previously agreed upon apportion of payments owed by each individual owner to the company. If the required maintenance work is of a considerable size where the cost exceeds what is available within the property float, we may seek pre-payment funding from our clients. To ensure that no payments from our clients are wasted we withhold the contractor’s payment until the maintenance is completed to a satisfactory standard.
